One of the most anictipated bingo promotions is the annual Tombla Free Fivers offer. However last year (2023) was the first year that the popular gaming service didn't run the promotion. The good news for Tombola players is that the Free Fivers promotion is back for another run. The bad news it that Tombola have tightened up the terms for the offer and to qualify for the bonus you will need to be wagering during the promotional period. In previous years the free fiver had been payable to "non-depositing players, provided they have only claimed a maximum of one free £5 bonus code" - that is no longer the case.
How To Get Your Free Fiver At Tombola
Free Fivers runs at Tombola between the 10th September and 31st October 2024. As in previous times distribution of the free fiver is staggered based on your the first letter of your surname. So for example the 10th, 11th and 12th September will be for A-B's, C-D's and E-G's respectively. H-K's, L-M's and N-Q's will go live on the 17th, 18th and 19th whilst R-S's and T-Z's complete the run on the 24th and 25th. Although these are the start dates, all players have until the end of October to make their claim. Accordingly to Tombola the offer is open to select players so presumably some players will login and be offered the bonus straight away. Wager To Qualify
According to the terms "any players who stake £20 or more real money AND opt into email and/or SMS marketing between 12:00:00 Monday 9th September and 23:59:59 Sunday 13th October will become eligible for the promotion and will be able to claim their bonus from Tuesday 15th October". In other words Tombola are no longer immediately rewarding players who haven't wagered at least £20 real cash in - we're guessing - the last 12 months. Instead they're preferring to reward loyalty which is understandable. That's not too far off what they did in 2022 but wagerers under £20 could claim a free fiver provided they'd previously only claimed one other. But what if you're a new player and have never tried Tombola before? Well there's good news as if you're new to Tombola - any new player "who registers and/or stake £20 or more real money after 23:59:59 Sunday 13th October will be ineligible for this campaign".
New Look Tombola
If - like us - you're no longer a regular visitor to Tombola then you'll find a much improved desktop version of the site. You can now find bingo rooms under 'Classic Bingo', which covers the usual 75, 80 and 90 ball traditional games, plus 'Themed Bingo' where you'll find the likes of Jigsaw, Blocks, Nevada, The Machine etc. You'll also a find a lot more crossover of games from Tombola Arcade.
