Responsible Gambling

November 13th to 19th 2023 has been designated as Safer Gambling Week. This is an industry wide initiative from all sectors of the gambling industry, including online, to support and promote responsible gambling. As a company that promotes bingo and casino we're very much behind this initiative, not just for one week's promotion but throughout the year. Gambling should be fun and safe! However, if you have concerns about your habits or those of a family or friend then the following information may help you.

If you do play online then there are some simple steps that you can follow to help you gamble responsibly

  • Don't think of gambling as a way to make money
  • Set your limits
  • Only spend what you can afford
  • Never chase your losses
  • Don't play if you're angry or frustrated
  • Never put gambling before family or friends

All online casinos and bingo sites have facilities where you can set your deposit or wagering limits. Our advice is set them and stick to them. If you feel you're spending too much money or time on a particular site then it's also possible to set up a self exclusion which prevents you from playing for a period of time or indefinitely. More details about self exclusion can be found at RGA.
