Sin Spins Review
Sin Spins Casino launched in 2016 on the ProgressPlay platform. Licensed by the Malta Gambling Authority and the United Kingdom Gambling Commission, players have access to a wide selection of slots, jackpots, table games and live casino. A sister site to Moon Games and Wicked Jackpots it's a surprise to see a site from that stable not using the Dragonfish platform. New players to the platform are welcomed with a 100% matched first deposit but it does come with a hefty x50 wagering term.
Introducing Sin Spins
When it first launched, Sin Spins had a devilish design that made it stand out from many other other ProgressPlay Casinos. Today though all brands on the platform adopt the same design with only the logos and colour palette helping players distinguish any differences. Sin Spins still has a devil inspired logo but the bulk of the site is slate blue in colour. Slots dominate the homepage whilst - on desktop - a easy to use navigation bar is found on the left. The site has a responsive design and works well on mobile, desktop and tablet devices. Note that you don't need to download an app to access the site on your smartphones. Just point your browser at Sin Spins and then login.
Sin Spins Welcome Offer
New players to Sin Spins are welcomed with a 100% first deposit bonus up to £200. Register, login and deposit a minimum of £10 to qualify for the bonus. A wagering term of x50 applies but wagering contribution varies from game to game. This offer is standard for all brands that use the ProgressPlay platform although you may get some variation (e.g. lower matched deposit but some free spins). However the wagering terms are the same throughout. Some platforms, for example Broadway Gaming, limit you to one account across the network. However ProgressPlay are a little more generous and allow players to sign up to a maximum of five brands. As of October 20204 there were just over 20 different brands within the network.
Featured Slots
Sin Spins boasts a selection of slots from many top providers. Popular slots include Big Bass Bonanza, Walking Dead Cash Collect, Big Bad Wolf Live, Aviator, Le Bandits, Frutiopia. Madame Destiny Megaways, Big Banking Bonanza, Rick Wilde & The Book Of Dead, Electric Flamingo and Mammoth Gold. Slots can be found via various tabs including new, featured, favourites and by provider. A search option is also available. Providers include NetEnt, Core Gaming, Thunderkick and Eyecon Games. The slots are joined by a handful of progressive jackpots. Live Casino options powered by Evolution Gaming and Net Entertainment are also available alongside roulette and blackjack. Instant wins plus game shows such as Dream Catcher, Adventures In Wonderland and Buffalo Blitz Live are also available.
Sin Spins Promotions
Player promotions on Sin Spins are network based, something which seems to be standard for every casino these days. Regular offers include bonus spins for making deposits and weekend cashback on roulette and slots. These kind of promotions are welcome but remember that all bonuses come with a x50 wagering term. Occasionally you will find a slots tournament or a prize promotion running too although these seem to have became rarer over time. ProgressPlay brands do have a rewards programme. Players can earn points by trying out a new game, claiming a bonus, or triggering a specific feature on a slot. Levels and trophies can also be attained via wagering. Rewards can then be converted to bonuses but again these will come with wagering terms.
Our Verdict
In terms of slots and games there's plenty to like at Sin Spins. There are plenty of top games in the slots and casino channels. However there are a few issues to consider. Firstly the x50 wagering terms and quite high - reasonable compared to Jumpman's x65 but higher than Broadway Gaming's x30. Of course there are sites that run with no wagering requirements. There's also a processing fee set at 1% up to £3 per withdrawal to pay when you want to take out any winnings. It's not as bad as Jumpman's £2.50 flat rate but still a bit cheeky. We've not been huge fans of ProgressPlay brands but there are some signs of improvement. We understand bingo will soon be added to the platform which might help attract new clients.
